Shredded topsoil is readily available at the Carbon Cliff and Davenport reclaim facilities. The topsoil is processed through a shredder and broken down into ½” pulverized topsoil, ideal for landscaping projects, gardens, lawns and fill.

Pulverized topsoil without clumps and debris is easy to work. Miller Materials stores screened topsoil in a hoop building, making it accessible in any weather, and in any season.

Homeowners can also purchase unprocessed fill dirt and recycled concrete product for backfilling large holes or voids. 

There is not currently a permanent dumpsite to accept fill dirt. Call to ask about temporary availability.
